All our doctors are Fellows of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, a qualification that represents a commitment to the maintenance of high professional standards and up to date medical skills in all aspects of general practice.
Dr John Adie
Dr John Adie has joined our practice as a partner. John brings many skills to the practice including Emergency Medicine.  Dr Adie is accepting new patients. 
Dr Jock Carnachan
Dr Jock Carnachan has practiced in the Epsom area since 1976. He has further qualifications in gynaecology. He has interests in musculoskeletal medicine, rheumatology and sports medicine, plus experience in health care for the elderly.
Dr Helen Schimanski

Dr Helen Schimanski joined our practice permanently in 2007. She is interested in all areas of family and emergency medicine and has further qualifications in paediatrics.

Dr Tim Akroyd
Dr Tim Akroyd has been in general practice since 1985. He has further qualifications in gynaecology and minor surgery. He has interests in health care for the elderly and paediatrics.
Dr John Carter
Dr John Carter joined the practice in 1997 after graduating from Auckland Medical School in 1992. He has an interest in health care for elderly and also in paediatrics. He has further qualifications in minor surgery . He is involved in the training of medical students.
Dr Tom Croker
Dr Tom Croker joined the practice in 2000. He graduated from Auckland Medical School in 1991 and has further qualifications in Occupational Health. His main interests are Occupational Medicine and Minor Surgery.  Dr Tom Croker is away on a 12mth Sabbatical this year and Dr Mohale Mongalo is seeing his patients.  Dr Mohale is a New Zealand trained doctor and was with us for his GP training. 
Dr Tim Farquharson
Dr Tim Farquharson has practiced in the Epsom area since 1983. He has further qualifications in paediatrics, gynaecology and minor surgery. He has interests in all aspects of family medicine.
Dr Nalini Patel
Dr Nalini Patel has been a GP in the area since 1992. She graduated from the Otago Medical School in 1981 and has extra qualifications in gynaecology and minor surgery. Her interest is in women’s health and she is involved in teaching medical students.
Dr Catherine Cearns
Dr Catherine Cearns joined the practice in 1999. She graduated from Auckland Medical School in 1992 and has experience in woman’s health and dermatology. She has further qualifications in minor surgery, Botox treatment and has an interest in skin conditions.
The Practice Registrar
Our practice has recently become involved in training future G.Ps. We have one registrar attached to the practice. A registrar is a qualified doctor with at least 3 years of previous experience. They work under the supervision of accredited teachers and they attend regular teaching sessions. At the end of the year they sit the first part of the College of General Practice exams. We feel they bring new ideas to the practice and in return they learn from us.
Our Practice Manager
Audrey Cassidy is the Practice Manager and she is able to assist with any questions you may have about our service and is more than happy to ensure your visit to our clinic is up to your expectation.  Audrey is involved with Practice Managers Association of New Zealand as Secretary of the National Branch and also involved with the Royal College of General Practitioners as a Cornerstone Accessor  in addition to her role with Greenwood Medical Centre.

Our Receptionists
Our friendly receptionists are Karen Harvey, Jenny Kingham, Deirdre Howe, Sharon Laird, Tahseen Paleker and Nina Radojkovich.and Lynn Hilton.  They are our first point of contact and are able to assist you when you need to reach us or to make an appointment or have a query on your account.   Cathrine Norris has joined us  as our Practice Administrator to assist our Practice Manager.  
Our Nurses
Our Practice Nurses are Diane Atkins, Warwick Palmer, Marion Pennial, Anna Greenwood, Marianne Mackie, Shirley Blackburn and Robin Bougen. All our nurses are fully registered and have diverse skills. They are all qualified to give immunisations.

Karen Adams NZRN is  taking appointments for CVD risk Diabetes and Care Plus.  Karen is also a qualified Smear Taker and you may make appointments with her for your routine smear.  You are free to make an appointment with Karen by asking our Receptionists.
